Hi, I'm Nicole!

This venture started in 2020 after one bold move and a career change. One wedding turned full blown business. Being able to create an event that is truly yours, and has all the elements you care about, is why I started doing what I do. This passion has evolved into what Copper & Cove Events has become today.

 

On a wedding day, I'm the cheerleader. You can find me jamming out to some early 2000's R&B with an iced latte in my hand. Making sure every chair is evenly pushed into the table, menu cards are perfectly placed, and so much more!! I am also known for leading with a helping hand.  I have created deep and meaningful relationships with vendors across California. 

​We're a team and our goal is to make sure you enjoy every aspect on your special day.

I married the love of my life in October of 2020 and we welcomed our son Dawson into this world in 2023. Our hearts are brimming with love and joy being on this wonderful adventure of parenthood.
